By car from Staten Island: Take NY-440 toward the Bayonne Bridge/I-278 West Staten Island Expressway/Goethals Bridge. NY-440 becomes NJ-169N. Merge onto NJ Turnpike I-78 East and follow signs to the Holland Tunnel. When you exit the tunnel, take the ramp toward Route 9A Uptown/West.
